Best PC Build Under ₹40000 (29 December 2019)

PC build under ₹4000 : Building a PC which can run the latest video game titles is everyones dream . But because of a budget everyone cannot do that and they give up on their dream. Today we are going to make a PC with which we should be able to run most of the latest AAA games at 1080p at least.This is going to be the best build under ₹40,000 that you can find in December 2019.

CPU (Processor)

Our aim is to choose a CPU that can handle it all. So I am starting with the processor for which I have choosen i5 9400F which is a 6 cores 9th generation processor and it gives the boost upto 4.1 GHz. We are using this processor for gaming but it can also be used to create and process 4K videos easily provided other hardware is also upto the mark.

Motherboard

Now for this processor, it's good as processor but there are no motherboards available for it at the budget we are trying to fit in. There are lot of options available but they are all overpriced in India like MSI bazooka, bazooka plus. So I have found a budget friendly B360 from GIGABYTE which is availablee on Amazon for only ₹ 5,800. It comes with a LGA 1151 socket, PCIe Gen3 x4 M.2 and 4 USB 3.1 ports. It supports DDR4 memory with a Max capacity of 16 GB.

RAM

For the Ram I have selected HyperX Fury 8 GB module whose frequency is 2400 Mhz. It is available on Amazon India for ₹2,959. I could have choose Corsair Vengeance 8GB 3000Mhz (₹4,000) but our motherboard actually supports 2666 Mhz so why to waste money when we are on a budget.

Another reason behind not buying a 300Mhz Corsair ram is that, Back in March of 2017 JEDEC announced that DDR5 was being worked on and should be released in 2018. Jumping forward to November 2018, SK Hynix finally announced the first ever DDR5 compliant RAM module, which they in turn said would be available to consumers come 2020. So you have a whole year to save or make some money out of this build streaming games or doing something creative.

(GPU) Graphics Card

Moving further in our build, here comes the main kicker, to remain in budget and get good for we have to go with GTX 1650 or RX 570.

The RX 570 comes with 1168 MHz base clock and 1244 MHz boost clock, On the other hand GTX 1650 comes with 1405Mhz base clock and 1665 MHz boost clock with 896 shader core which significantly higher but in many games RX 570 gives slightly better FPS than GTX 1650. All variants of GTX 1650 are available nearly at same prices but this is not the case with RX 570. There is only one RX 570 card that not OC and in our budget range for ₹11,390.

Buy RX 570 if budget is only the concern because it is at the lowest price among all the cards suggested in this budget.



All the variants of the GTX 1650 OC are given below you can choose any one of them I would suggest to go with Zotac because it OC already you don't have to do anything extra. But depending on the graphics card you choose the power supply requirements will vary.

We also have a better AMP option but it will increase our budget, if you have some extra cash then go for it otherwise leave it, stick to the budget.


If you are an Nvidia fan then you can go with this Galax 1650 OC which is bit more than RX 570.


With remaining components we can save some money over performance.

Power Supply (PSU)

For our build we need a power supply greater than or equal to 450 Watts as we have bought i5 and RX 570 (I am assuming you have bought the same).

CPU Case Cabinet

Now the last part to keep our build together is a cabinet. For cabinet you may have heard names of popular brands like Corsair, Cooler Master or NZXT but cabinet doesn't provide performance (it does. Does it? nah!). An ideal cabinet is a one which provides good airflow. Well I have got one, the Ant Esports ICE-300TG Mid Tower Gaming Cabinet. It supports ATX, Micro-ATX, Mini-ITX Motherboards.
